Whole Home Controllers ImageWhole-home controller is a generic term for a device that can control products from multiple brands. ZWave and Zigbee controllers can be considered to be whole-home. Amazon Echo, Apple Siri, and Smart Things Hub all fit into this category, as these products can control a multitude of different smart home automation products – provided that you remember to integrate them all. A simple voice command or touch of an app can dim your lights, lock your doors, regulate temperature, turn on your television and even your security system.
