Color Lighting! Is Going To Change The Way We Decorate Our Homes
The world is a changing place – thanks to technology – faster every year. One of the areas that is due for a seismic shift is interior and exterior home design, and a key reason is the advent of smart RGB lighting. It can, and almost certainly will change everything. (Sorry folks, I’m on my bully pulpit now.)
A few years ago, you would never make all the lights in your living room blue, or red, for after a few days you’d be bored, or crazy. You’d get tired of them, and have to change all your lights.
But with smart lighting, your room or outdoors can be easily changed from color to color, to match the sunset, or to bathe walls in color. Why paint walls all kinds of crazy colors (which you are then stuck with, until you repaint). No, you want RGB LED lighting, that can be controlled by the touch of an app, or even voice command.
We do color here, at home in our “Dream Home” project – constantly. Our living room usually has at least a little color accent lighting going, even when mostly running white at night, but other times its a soft blue, or a teal, or when the moon is full, perhaps an magenta. (Orange is for foggy nights.)
We do similar outdoors, and the Lightify GardenSpot Minis are great for that.
So, get ready for a Color Lighting revolution. This is just the beginning!
